Where is the corporate employee data stored?

The corporate employee data are stored securely in cloud database. You can deploy the app in your own private cloud or within your company firewalls. The app doesn't store any data in the mobile device.

7. Is there any restriction with the email id or passwords that can be used for logging in to the app?

To provide increased security and prevent unauthorized access, the corporate administrator from your organization can define the restrictions on the email ids and the passwords which can be used. Your administrator can restrict login with only the corporate email id and can also put certain restrictions on the minimum no of characters the password have to be, what special characters the password needs to contain etc.

8. Can I use this application from any device of my choice?

To provide increased security and prevent unauthorized access, your corporate administrator can control whether the app can be accessed from any device or only from registered devices. If the app is restricted to be used from only registered devices then the administrator can control up to how many maximum devices can be registered for each registered user.

9. Can I login from multiple devices at the same time?

To provide increased security and prevent unauthorized access, you will be automatically logged out from the device where in you had logged in earlier. This will notify the user if someone unauthorized is attempting to use the app from any other device.

10. Where can I download the new App?

You can download the new mobile app from the NCRTS website and from different Mobile Application stores like App Store, Google Play etc.

11. How much does it cost to purchase the new App?

You can buy this application invidually or as part of the NCRTS Enterprise app suite. Pricing depends on the no of users, the length of the subscription and if the app is purchased in isolation or as part of our app suite. Functionality Related

1. How can I log in to the app?

Kindly use your credentials to log into the app. Your credentials will either be provided by the Administrator or it will be the same as the Company mail login. Kindly contact your system administrator for more details.

2. How do I know my login credentials the first time?

Your login credentials will be provided by the app administrator from your company. Please check with your system administrator.

3. What to do in case you have lost your login Information.

Login credentials are defined by your System administrator. The user name will be same as your company login, and you can personally set the password for your corporate ID. Please note changing password will change the password for rest of your app login credentials.

4. I want to demonstrate the app to my fellow colleague, how to do it?

We have provided a interactive app feature called Try Out. Clicking on this doesn't require the user to login to the application and only demo information is shown to the try out app.

5. I wish to view the list of Approvals received throughout the day, how to do that?

Yes we can do that. As soon as a user log in, you will be directed to the Approvals page where the complete list of Approvals will be shown.

6. How can I filter Approvals based on Category?

Approvals can be sorted in the Approvals list very simply by clicking on the "Filter by Category" button.

7. How can I filter Approvals based on Status?

Approvals can be sorted in the Approvals list very simply by clicking on the "Filter by Status" button.

8. How can I filter Approvals based on Date?

Approvals can be sorted in the Approvals list very simply by clicking on the "Filter by Date" button.

9. How can I view the Approvals raised by me?

User can view the list of Approvals raised by him/her simply by clicking on the "Approvals Raised" button.

10. How can I go back to the previous window?

Approvals app has been designed keeping in mind the user requirement. Back button is provided only when the user has moved in a new window either to view his/her Approvals or if user wishes to create a new Approval. In any point of time, if the user wishes to go back to the previous window, the user has to click on the "back" button.

11. How to view the Approvals details?

While using the app, the user can view the Approvals details just by clicking on the desired Approvals from the list.

12. I wish to comment on a Approvals which have been raised?

While using the app, the user has to select the Approvals for which he/she wants to publish a comment. From the Approvals Details window click on the "Comment" button to comment.

13. How can I forward an Approval to a person or group?

Login to the application and select the desired Approvals which you wish to forward. Click on the "forward" button to forward the Approvals to concerned users.

The user can search for the desired user simply by typing a part of name or the full name, then clicking on the "search" button. For the list the user can further select the users to whom he/she wish to forward the Approvals.

Please Note: An approval needs to be reserved prior to be forwarded. In case of a forwarded approval, you no longer have the privilege to approve for the same.

14. How can I mark an Approval as Read/Unread?

Unread Approvals messages are marked with Bold text which defines them from Unread Approvals messages. On viewing the Approvals details the Approvals details is marked as Read which change the Approvals text font to normal. For users who wish the mark the Approvals as Unread, he/she have to click on the "Read Status" button on the Approvals details page.

15. How to create an Approvals and what details I need for sending an Approvals?

Approvals can be created by the user by simply clicking on the "Create Approvals" button. In the Create Approvals page the user have to provide the following details to create an Approval:
Title: Name of the Approval Category: Type of Approval Description: The Approval message

16. How to Share the Approvals App over social media?

Approvals app can be shared over social media by first clicking on the "Options" button and then clicking on Share. The user can then select any social media and follow the social media login from there on.

17. How to log out from the Approvals app?

A user can log out from the app simply by clicking on the "Options" button followed by clicking on Logout.

18. How to view the App Help/ FAQ?

It can be done by clicking on the "Options" button followed by selecting App Help.
