Q. Where is the corporate data stored?

All the notes data will be stored securely in cloud database. You can deploy the app in your own private cloud or within your company firewalls. The app doesn't store any data in the mobile device.

Q. Is there any restriction with the email id or passwords that can be used for logging in to the app?

To provide increased security and prevent unauthorized access, the corporate administrator from your organization can define the restrictions on the email ids and the passwords which can be used. Your administrator can restrict login with only the corporate email id and can also put certain restrictions on the minimum no of characters the password have to be, what special characters the password needs to contain etc.

Q. Can I use this application from any device of my choice?

To provide increased security and prevent unauthorized access, your corporate administrator can control whether the app can be accessed from any device or only from registered devices. If the app is restricted to be used from only registered devices then the administrator can control up to how many maximum devices can be registered for each registered user.

Q. Can I login from multiple devices at the same time?

To provide increased security and prevent unauthorized access, you will be automatically logged out from the device where in you had logged in earlier. This will notify the user if someone unauthorized is attempting to use the app from any other device.

We have 24X7 customer service. You can also register an Issue with our website. We also have a Chat support and email support.

Q. How do I know my login credentials the first time?

Your login credentials will be provided by the app administrator from your company. Please check with your app administrator.

Q. How can I reset my password?

In the login screen, there is an option of tapping on "Forgot password". You have to enter your registered email id and then an email will be send to your registered email id with a link to reset the password corresponding to the user associated with that specific registered email id.

Q. What do the 2 options in the home screen signify?

View Notes - Clicking on View Notes will take user to the Notes List screen.
Create Notes – This has 2 sections. They are as follows,
a. Text – Clicking on Text in the Create Notes section will bring up an option to type notes and save.
b. Voice - Clicking on Voice in the Create Notes section will bring up an option to record voice notes and save. We can put a limit on the size / length of the voice notes. We can for now put this to 2 min.

4. How can I see the list of Notes?

Login -> Home Screen -> Click on the View Notes.

5. How can I see or search a particular note?

Login -> Home Screen -> Click on the View Notes -> Search (on the top of the screen) -> Type the object of the notes.

6. How can I see the details of a particular note?

Login -> Home Screen -> Click on the View Notes -> List of notes -> Clicking in the row of a note -> details of the note.

7. How to create a text note?

Login -> Home Screen -> Click on the Create Text Note (It will take you to the Note Create screen of the App).

8. How do we insert "Phrases" in the note?

Login -> Home Screen -> Click on the Create Text Note (It will take you to the Note Create screen of the App) -> on the bottom, in the middle of the screen there is a symbol for "Phrases" -> While writing the notes, you can keep the cursor in the notes text area at a specific point and then click on the highlighted icon in the footer and from the slide in pop up select any ONE phrase. That phrase will get inserted into the notes text area where the cursor was placed.

9. How do we assign an "Object type" for a note?

Login -> Home Screen -> Click on the Create Text Note (It will take you to the Note Create screen of the App) -> on the left hand bottom side of the screen there is an icon for the "Object Type" -> a pop up comes when the icon "Object Type", highlighted in the footer is clicked -> The list of object types will appear and you can select any one of them to assign that for the note.

10. What is "Object" & "Object type"?

Object is a specific account or a specific product or a specific lead. Object type means Accounts, Products, and Lead etc.
