The corporate employee data are stored securely in cloud database. You can deploy the app in your own private cloud or within your company firewalls. The app doesn't store any data in the mobile device.
To provide increased security and prevent unauthorized access, the corporate administrator from your organization can define the restrictions on the email ids and the passwords which can be used. Your administrator can restrict login with only the corporate email id and can also put certain restrictions on the minimum no of characters the password have to be, what special characters the password needs to contain etc.
To provide increased security and prevent unauthorized access, your corporate administrator can control whether the app can be accessed from any device or only from registered devices. If the app is restricted to be used from only registered devices then the administrator can control up to how many maximum devices can be registered for each registered user.
To provide increased security and prevent unauthorized access, you will be automatically logged out from the device where in you had logged in earlier. This will notify the user if someone unauthorized is attempting to use the app from any other device.

Yes the application has been developer in such a way that the enterprise administrator in your organization can customize it and adapt it for your organization without any coding effort. There can be one or more no of administrators for the application from a company.
In order to logging into the application, we need to provide valid UserID and Password as provided by your administrator, and then click on 'Login' Button.
In case you have forgotten your password, just click on the Forget Password in the Login Screen, you will be asked for the email ID (which is also your UserID) with which you have your account registered with. An email will be generated and sent your Mailing Address within 15 minutes. P.S. Only registered and valid email ID can be used for Forget Password Functionality.
In case you wish the Application to retain your Login Information, kindly check 'Remember Me and then login to the application. P.S. You need to login to the application at least once after checking the Keep Logged In check box, for the application to retain the User Login details.
Navigating in the Application is very easy. Clicking on the desired button takes you to the desired window. Clicking on the Back button takes you to the previous window at any point of time. E.g. To visit the list of Bookings done, the user needs to click on 'My Reservations', and he will be taken to the Reservations window.
My Reservation is a comprehensive list of all the Facility reservations that have been made by you.
Once you log into the application, clicks on 'My Reservations' to see the list of all the Facility Reservations made by you.
While viewing the list of Reservations, click on the top search bar and enter the name of the Facility for which you wish to search for and click on the Search button. The list will be searched and the facilities with similar names will be displayed. P.S. While searching, the List will be generated, a user can simply click on the Name of the Facility to generate the details. The user can alternatively click on the search bar to show the complete list of Facilities that have been booked by him, and can select any one of them to show the Reservation details.
While viewing the list of Bookings, click on 'Filter by Facility Type' and search the type of Facility bookings you are looking for. E.g. If you are looking for all the bookings that have been made for booking Online Teleconference, just click on 'Filter By Facility Type' and select 'Online Meeting'.
Click on My Reservations -> Click on Filter By Date-> Click on Time Frame for which you wish to sort the list. For E.g. if the user wishes to view the Reservations done for that particular Week, he needs to check on the 'Reservation in this Week'.
Visit the My Reservations window and search for the reservation for which you wish to view the details. Click on 'Reservation details' icon beside the required reservation and select 'Reservation Details'.

Any kind of Facility reservations can be done by visiting their respective departments. If the user wishes to make Online Meeting / Teleconference facility booking, he needs to click on 'Online Meeting' and simultaneously click on the Facility Booking icon beside every listed Facility and click on Reserve Facility. On clicking on Reserve Facility, the user will be taken to Facility Booking window, where details pertaining to booking needs to be provided.
The Following details needs to be entered while booking a Facility Reservation Date: The date for which you wish to Reserve a Facility. Start Time: The start time of the event or reservation. End Time: Till when you wish to book the Facility. Repeat: If you wish to repeat the similar reservation for a Later date (Optional) Alert: Whether you wish to be alerted 15mins/30mins/1hr prior to the event. Reservation Type: The type of Reservation you wish to make. Notes: Any additional Info you wish to insert.
Reservation can be made on a confirmed basis, if the facility to be booked on is available / unreserved at the desired time slot.. In case the facility has already been reserved by someone else during the desired time slot, the user can keep a watch on the Facility by clicking on the 'Reservation Type' and selecting 'Watch'. The user gets notified as soon as the previous reservation is cancelled.
You can search facility by facility attributes. For example, you can search for conference rooms which can seat 10 members and has a projector. The attributes for a facility is defined by the application administrator of your company. The admin also maintains the facility attribute values for all the facilities.
From the home screen, select the facility type you wish to reserve. Now you will be in a page where you can see a list of all the facilities of that facility typ. In the top panel click on Available Nearby. If you have enabled location services for your app, the app will detect your exact location and filter the list to the facilities near you.
To view / filter all the Facilities which are available at the current time, from the home screen, select the facility type you wish to reserve. Now you will be in a page where you can see a list of all the facilities of that facility typ. In the top panel click on Available Nearby. The Facility Reservation application is configurable to meet your business needs. The administrator from a company can define facility types, facilities, facility attributes and maintain the details of a facility. A non-admin user of the application cannot create facility or update details of a facility.
Many details pertaining to a particular user is stored in the Application. For every first time user, the User Personal Details as well as Professional details are embedded into the system by the administrator. A user can view and edit the Default settings by clicking on the Help Icon on the top right and selecting 'Default Settings' from the list.
A user can Log out of the application at any point of time/usage by simply clicking on the App Help icon on the top right corner and selecting 'Log Out' from the menu.
